Training for supervisors

Deze opleiding tot supervisor richt zich naar iedereen die reeds (of in de toekomst) een superviserende rol opneemt bij individuen en/of groepen.

Ben je aan de slag binnen de hulpverlening en ben je op zoek naar een opleiding die handvaten biedt die meteen toepasbaar zijn in je werkveld dan is deze opleiding iets voor jou.

Programma

Module 1: Introduction to supervision, skills and models of practice
Exploration of the purpose and function of supervision from a relational, developmental perspective. Evaluation of current models of supervision and practice appreciative feedback.

Module 2: Developing skills in supervision
Taking it further: ethics, diversity, parallel process. Working with challenging and complex situations

Module 3: Creativity in supervision
Getting beyond the narrative. To work with process and experimentation.

Module 4: Beyond the one-to-one
Models of group supervision. Supervision as an embodied, situated relationship

Module 5: Consolidation and evaluation
Pulling it all together into a supervision practice. Presentations and graduation

Toelatingsvoorwaarden:
Pyschotherapeut, psycholoog, sociaal werker of aan de slag in de non-profit binnen een superviserende rol.

Trainers:
Christine Stevens (Phd) en Toni Gilligan (Clin. Psychol.) zijn beiden 2 zeer ervaren trainers, psychotherapeuten en supervisoren.
