Wanted: members for the National Congress Committee (NCC)!

Do you enjoy working with other students to organise the National Psychology Congress for students? And do you also want to gain interesting experiences that are also an addition on your CV? Then read on quickly!

The National Psychology Congress is a congress for psychology students where different fields within psychology are highlighted through lectures, workshops and an information market. The congress is the perfect opportunity to get a multifaceted view of future opportunities as a psychology student.

We are looking for psychology students with different interests and specialities who are motivated to put on a great event. The committee work will take an average of 5 hours per week. Experience is not a requirement here, enthusiasm is!

The NCC consists of the following positions: chairman, secretary, treasurer, speakers’ officer (2), PR officer and acquisition officer (2).

As chairman, you coordinate the Commission, lead the meetings and are ultimately responsible for the organisation.
The secretary is responsible for administrative work. Not only do you take minutes, but you also keep the address file and organise mail.
The treasurer draws up the budget and processes all expenses incurred during the year. In addition, as treasurer, you support the other members in major tasks. This works closely with the acquisition officer.

The acquisition officers (2), deal with approaching and bringing in sponsors to finance the congress and filling the goodie bag.
The public relations officer is responsible for developing the promotional material. In addition, the PR officer deals with communicating information about the congress via social media.
The speakers’ officers (2) identify the speakers and maintains contact with them.

Gezocht: Leden voor de Nationaal Congres Commissie (NCC)!

Het Nationaal Psychologie Congres is een congres voor psychologie studenten waar door middel van lezingen, workshops en een informatiemarkt verschillende velden binnen de psychologie worden belicht. Het congres is de uitgelezen kans om een veelzijdig beeld te krijgen van de toekomstmogelijkheden als psychologiestudent.

Wij zijn op zoek naar psychologiestudenten met verschillende interesses en specialiteiten die gemotiveerd zijn om samen een groots evenement neer te zetten. Het commissiewerk zal gemiddeld 5 uur per week kosten. Ervaring is hierbij geen vereiste, enthousiasme wel!

De NCC bestaat uit de volgende functies: voorzitter, secretaris, penningmeester, sprekersfunctionaris (2), pr-functionaris en acquisitiefunctionaris (2).

Als voorzitter coördineer je de Commissie, leidt je de vergaderingen en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de organisatie.
De secretaris is verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve werk. Niet alleen notuleer je, maar ook houd je het adressenbestand bij en organiseer je de mail.
De penningmeester stelt de begroting op en verwerkt hierin alle gemaakte uitgaven gedurende het jaar. Daarnaast ondersteun je als penningmeester de andere leden bij grote taken. Deze werkt nauw samen met de acquisitiefunctionaris.
De acquisitiefunctionarissen (2), houden zich bezig met het benaderen en binnenhalen van sponsoren om het congres te kunnen financieren en het vullen van de goodiebag.
De pr-functionaris is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van het promotiemateriaal. Daarnaast houdt de pr-functionaris zich bezig met het communiceren van de informatie over het congres via sociale media.
De sprekersfunctionarissen (2) benaderen sprekers en onderhouden het contact met hen.
