Vacancy Psychology weekend committee

Are you just as excited as us about going abroad with a group of like-minded psychology students? Do you want to develop new organizational skills through organising a group trip to another country? Then becoming a PwC committee member might be something for you!

The committee consists (preferably) of 5 committee members:

The president coordinates the meetings and leads the committee.
The vice-president supports the president and maintains contact with the contact persons in the country of destination.
The secretary is reponsible the mailbox, emailng participants and the minutes.
The treasurer draws up the budget, keeps track of expenses and income and does the acquisition for the weekend.
The promotion officer keeps track of the socials and is responsible for the communication about the weekend.

What can you expect?

You can choose a destination of your liking! You’ll rearrange the overnight stay and various activities.
Spending 3 hours a week on committee work
Meeting once every two/three weeks with your committee
A free ticket to the psychology weekend! You only have to pay for your own meals and drinks.
And of course lots of fun with your committee members, by having e.g. drinks and doing activities together!

Vacature Psychologie weekend commissie

Ben je net zo enthousiast als wij over een reis naar het buitenland met een groep gelijkgestemde psychologiestudenten? Wil je nieuwe organisatorische vaardigheden ontwikkelen door het organiseren van een groepsreis naar een ander land? Dan is PWC-commissielid worden misschien iets voor jou!

De commissie bestaat (bij voorkeur) uit 5 commissieleden:

De voorzitter coördineert de vergaderingen en leidt de commissie.
De vice-voorzitter ondersteunt de voorzitter en onderhoudt de contacten met de contactpersonen in het land van bestemming.
De secretaris is verantwoordelijk voor de mailbox, het e-mailen van deelnemers en de notulen.
De penningmeester stelt de begroting op, houdt uitgaven en inkomsten bij en doet de acquisitie voor het weekend.
De pr-functionaris houdt de socials bij en is verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie over het weekend.

Wat kun je verwachten?

Je kiest een bestemming naar keuze! Je regelt de overnachtingen en diverse activiteiten.
3 uur per week besteden aan commissiewerk
Eens in de twee/drie weken vergaderen met je commissie
Een gratis ticket voor het psychologieweekend! Je hoeft alleen je eigen maaltijden en drankjes te betalen.
En natuurlijk veel gezelligheid met je commissieleden, door bijvoorbeeld samen te borrelen en activiteiten te ondernemen!
